Hey friends, happy Friday! If you aren’t familiar with Friday Favorites, it’s a roundup of my recent favorite products. As I wrap up my series on infertility, I figured it would be a good time to share with you my favorite products during our infertility journey. Several of these were bought by my sweet friends and would make a great gift for someone going through infertility.
My dear friend sent me this book as a “faith purchase” when we first started doing fertility treatments, and it meant so much to me. I cried every time I read it, but it was so encouraging that our children would know how much we and others prayed for their precious lives.
Another friend bought this beautiful necklace for me, and I wore it to every treatment appointment and many times in between. It’s representative of a verse I clung to throughout this journey: “…For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” (Matthew 17:20).
My sister-in-law sent me this gift box from the Old Whaling Company after one of our failed IUIs to cheer me up, and it seriously made my week. It’s nice to treat yourself with some goodies when you’re feeling down after a disappointing cycle or procedure.
This isn’t the most exciting product, but these clear plastic drawers were a great help in organizing all the medications I had to take on a daily basis! I had some fun with mine and decorated it, too.
A pill organizer is another must. This one has 4 slots per day, and at first I thought it would be too much but I used every single one of those slots! I had about 12 pills a day at some points so definitely needed this to keep me organized.
Another friend gave me these infertility Bible verse cards from the Daily Grace Co, and I was so encouraged by them! The verses for seasons of waiting would be good to grab, too. And they have sales super often!
I wore these on my egg retrieval day and loved having a visual reminder that it’s ok to be afraid, but my faith should be bigger than my fear. And they kept my feet nice and warm!
We used this sweet onesie when we announced we were pregnant. It meant so much to me when my friend gave it as another “faith purchase”!
If you’re doing IVF, you will definitely need some bandaids since you’ll be getting poked a few times a day 🙂 Pineapples are a symbol of infertility (see some reasons why here) and these bandaids are really fun!
Last but not least, this was the journal I used to write down my thoughts and feelings during our infertility journey. I’m so glad I did so that I could not only share it with you, but also look back and see how God was with me every step of the way.
