Collabs

Hi there! In case you’re interested in reading my posts on other’s blogs, here is a list of people I’ve collaborated with! Enjoy 🙂

Physician Family Magazine Spring/Summer 2021 Issue – Rest & Recreation (Excerpt from Rhythms of Relationship)

My second article for Physician Family Magazine was part of the Physician Family Well-Being issue, and I was thrilled to share about the importance of rest and recreation for physician families. They are often so busy serving others that taking care of themselves gets pushed to the sidelines, but even doctors need to rest!

The Flipside Life – Rhythms of Relationship (2/3/21)

Hayley Harlock runs this amazing website and community for medical spouses in all stages. She was gracious to let me share an excerpt of my book on her blog.

Physician Family Magazine – 8 Ways to Build Community in Medical School (10/22/19)

Thanks to Lara McElderry from Married to Doctors, I got connected to Donna Rovito, the editor of Physician Family Magazine. I was able to use some content I’ve written on my blog and on Married to Doctors for the Fall 2019 issue, which fit perfectly with the theme of community. Make sure to check out the free issue and read the other great articles there!

Married to Doctors – 9 Ways to Build Community in Medical School (8/19/19)

Lara runs one of the most popular podcasts and blogs for those married to doctors, so I was thrilled to write a guest post for her blog! Our journey in med school would be so different without my community, so I am sharing all the tips for building community in medical school because I believe it’s so important to have that while your spouse is studying and working towards their medical degree.

Faith Over Coffee – 10 Ways to be A Godly Friend in Every Stage of Life (4/20/17)

I met Annette through a facebook group because she was looking for some guest posts, and it has truly been a blessing getting to know her. I love her blog because it’s all about encouraging women in their faith – something I’m also passionate about! I loved getting to write a blog post for her about ways to be a good friend, because it’s easy to forget that friendship takes work and if we aren’t careful we can become lazy friends!

Shelly Ray Blog – Table Talk (3/21/17)

I had the pleasure of meeting Shelly online and was thrilled when she asked to interview me for her Table Talk segment on her blog! In this post, I talk about why I picked the theme of my blog, how to stay positive, and what inspires me. Shelly has an adorable blog with book reviews, interviews, and fun insights into her life.

Haley Marie Blog – Why I Chose My Major Pt. 2 (3/2/17)

I had a blast writing for Haley’s Why I Chose My Major feature! She asked several bloggers to write about why they chose their major in college and where they are now. Not only was it fun to think back to why I ended up choosing Communication Studies, it was also fun to read through the other blogger’s reasons for choosing their major. If you need some inspiration, check out her post!
