Hey friends! I can’t believe it is already fall! Although I’ve had a pretty slow month, things are definitely getting busier. Before I started work this last week, I had a pretty free week and decided to do some Zumba to keep me in shape and work on Goal #2: working out every week. I wasn’t sure how successful I would be finding Zumba videos online since usually you have to take a class, but I was pleasantly surprised at all the options! I had a really fun week trying out all the different routines. I posted them below in case you want to try some at home!
Day 1: Easy Zumba Class by Laurena Roma

Days 1, 2 and 4 all had a mix of different choreographers, which was fun because I didn’t get used to a certain style. I liked some dances better than others, but I liked the variety. I have to say the videos on day 3 were my favorite, since the choreography was to popular songs. Dovydas has some other videos also and I hope he makes some more soon because his were really fun!
Doing Zumba really encouraged me to work out more. Often the reason I don’t is because it is so boring and I don’t really enjoy it. But I definitely got my sweat on doing these Zumba videos and I had a lot of fun doing them. Plus I didn’t even have to leave my apartment!
