Hey friends, happy Tuesday! In case you missed it, I’m doing yoga this month! My friend told me about 31 days of yoga revolution with Adriene on youtube, and I thought I would give it a shot! She has short 20-30 minute videos and is super easy to follow. Below are my favorite poses from each of the videos. I would love for you to join me in this challenge!
Started off with the good old downward dog!
It was at this point that my friend and I were talking about the yoga video we did that morning and found out we were talking about completely different videos. I realized I was doing Adriene’s challenge from 2015, while he was doing her current 2017 version! Needless to say I felt really dumb (especially since I signed up for her daily newsletter with the links in it that I didn’t use).
I skipped Sunday – wanted to rest!
I have to admit, I think I like the 2015 series better so I might go back, but we’ll see! Starting off the day with yoga is so nice and relaxing. I really hope I get some good flexibility and tone this month doing yoga every day. I hope you guys decide to join me!
